And I’ve met my 2lb goal for the week, so I’m off to see Dark Knight Rises one last time on the big screen! :D
wear slouchy cardigans and not look bulky…
choose a really cute coat that shows off my figure…
tell my boyfriend a new set of sizes when he wants to buy me presents…
enjoy Christmas dinner and pudding without worrying what everyone thinks…
go for the Christmas walk and not even be a tiny bit out of breath…
I love Autumn and Winter weather and all the layers! :D So happy that I’m almost there.
Losing weight so that the skirts that were too small for you are now so big that you can’t wear them again. :D Epic weight win.
My goal bikini to wear on holiday in four weeks. Victoria’s Secret perfection. I have four weeks to shift around 8lbs or alternatively to just tone up a LOT. I would be happy with that, as long as I can wear this lovely bikini with pride!!! My graduation ceremony is the day before also, so this would be a great way to celebrate this year’s achievements…
After a 62lb weight loss for the last 11 months, a first degree result and getting engaged to the kindest and sweetest man I’ve ever met, this really is the FINAL COUNTDOWN!!! :D
Motivation to push through the last 15lbs just went through the roof!!! I WILL be a beautiful, and healthy looking bride :D
I need to lose 1lb more this week to hit my weekly target. If I fail my boyfriend won’t take me to see Dark Knight Rises again. So I will think of Batman at the gym tonight for motivation LOL

Annnd, 7lbs more until my UGW. COME ON!!!!
Join the class down the road or buy my own and work out at home?…
Class will prob make me work harder. But I have a bad habit of skipping out of classes sometimes.
My (size 8: eeek!) dress for the May Ball which is in 7 days. It does up but it’s still quite tight. So what can I do in 7 days? It’s game time people.
Almost 60lbs lost now since August! At the beginning I said I would get to 126 and I’m now 138. 12lbs left. It’s so close! It feels like the last 5 mins of a run.
Thank god I have tumblr to help motivate me through the last mile.

Ballerina Mary Helen Bowers trained Natalie Portman for her Oscar-nominated role in “Black Swan.” Here are some moves from her Ballet Beautiful program. I’ve put them into easy to read steps with pictures. Enjoy! =)
